Cancellations and Changes

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to change or cancel your order. That’s why if you contact us at hello@furnovohome.com within 24 hours of initial purchase, we will do our best to get everything sorted out. If you prefer, you can contact us directly through our website by filling out the contact form. 

After that initial 24 hours, please refer to our standard return request process to have your order returned.

Please note that per our Terms and FAQ, we will be unable to refund original shipping costs on your order and that all returns are subject to a 25% of MSRP restocking fee.

At this time, we currently do not accept or facilitate exchanges and encourage you to return products via the process outlined there.
