How will my order ship?

 Depending on the item(s) you purchase, your order may ship via FedEx Ground, or one of our selected freight partners.

  • Selected freight partners (select areas):
    • Applies to orders totaling over 100 lbs.
    • Scheduled home delivery, Monday through Saturday, 7am-8:30pm.
  • FedEx Ground: Applies to orders totaling under 100 lbs.
    • *Some products may require a signature upon delivery
    • Outdoor delivery to your address, Monday through Saturday, 8am-8pm. Scheduling is not available and no signature is required.

Where can you ship to?

Ground shipping is available within the contiguous United States.

Items shipped by our selected freight partners and/or white glove shipping services are available in select areas. Please check the availability during the checkout process or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Please note that at this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes, FPO, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Furnovo is not shipping internationally at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Ground shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order as well as the value of the order.
  • Selected freight partner and white glove shipping rates, where applicable, will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

Shipping timeline

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. Please allow for up to 5 weeks for delivery via our selected freight partners.

Additional Requirements for Selected Freight Partners

  • An adult must be present at time of the delivery and pets must be clear from the delivery area.
  • Please provide a clear path, both indoors and outdoors, for the delivery team to ensure successful delivery.
  • The delivery team is not able to assist in removing any furniture or complementary components from your room or home – they cannot disassemble and remove old items. 
  • Assembly will incur an additional white glove charge as detailed in your order.
