How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking details where you can easily monitor the status of your shipment.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What if I want to exchange my item for something else?
The fastest way to initiate an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new.
How will I be refunded once my item is returned?
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer a variety of payment methods including Shop Pay (pay in full or in installments), PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.
We also accept a variety of debit or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you have a rewards program?
At this time, we do not offer a rewards program. This will be coming in the near future!
Do you offer gift cards?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (Hawaii and Alaska included).
What is the warranty on your products?
Furnovo promises to the original retail purchaser of our goods that our furniture products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
