Returns
To initiate a return, please fill out the return request form on our website.
Our mission is to get quality furniture into your hands as quickly as possible, and sometimes mistakes or bumps happen along the way. To that end, we try to make any return as simple as possible. That’s why we offer returns on most purchases within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 18% restocking fee that covers return shipping and handling.
- All potential returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and boxed in the original packaging to be accepted.
- If the return stems from a product defect or damage upon arrival, we’ll cover the return costs of the damaged or defected returned item.
- Otherwise, a return label will be provided, and we will process your refund minus the 18% of the retail cost once the order arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected.
- We are unable to accept returns on items that have issues from external causes such as accidents, abuse, or misuse.
- All packages must move back into transit with the approved carrier within 30 days of receiving the return labels.
- Photo or video evidence of the condition of any merchandise at the time of the claim for return, refund, or warranty is required in order for your claim to be processed. Without that photo or video documentation, any claim will be denied.
- Final sale, discontinued, and clearance items are not eligible for returns or warranty.
- We CANNOT accept international returns.
- We CANNOT accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
How to start a return
- If you’re not pleased with your purchase, please fill out the return request form on our website.
- Once you’ve reached out, our customer service team will process the request and send you a prepaid return shipping label(s) or assist in arranging a return pickup via our selected freight partners, depending on your original delivery method and item(s) returned. You should expect to hear back from us within 5 business days.
- During this time, please repackage you item(s) in the original packaging, including plastic covering and all other components originally received.
- Once the return makes it back to our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) - this may take up to 10 business days to process, so please be patient. If our team finds that the item(s) is/are in good condition, we will issue you your refund for the price of the product, but original shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable. Non-damaged/defective items are subject to an 18% restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Items
Sometimes accidents happen, if your purchase arrives damaged, defective or is missing items, please contact us at hello@furnovohome.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We are resolved to provide you with a speedy resolution and have a few different tools at our disposal. These offers include:
- Keeping the item for a small discount for minor qualifying issues (small scratches, etc.)
- Opting for a full or partial order replacement.
- Returning the damaged or defective item for a refund by following our return process.
